We have been working together for seven months, collaboratively and deliberately, in small groups including many critical areas that must be developed to facilitate future growth.  Our doors are open to new member Shluchim, who desire to join us and organize for growth.  All that's needed is a commitment.  If you're interested in participating in this ground-breaking work, and want to know what it will take to become an active and productive member of the group, call the office!  Please note, you must be a registered Shliach at Chabad.org to qualify for membership.

We've started a Shluchos group!  If you are the wife of a current Chabad E-Myth Shliach, you're welcome to join us.  Call the office for more information!

Phase 1 of Chabad E-Myth is coming to a close - one more week!  It's been a truly transformational experience for us!  As we worked on our Chabad Houses, while we worked in our Chabad Houses, we experienced a powerful paradigm shift in our thinking.  As we look toward Phase 2, we look forward to welcoming our new Shluchim and working together with them during the next year.

Thank you to all who joined our teleconference this morning. We had a difficult beginning, because of the background noise. We sincerely apologize for that, and have resolved the problem for Thursday's call! Thank you to the shluchim who shared their E-Myth experiences, and where they are in the process. We've updated the FAQs to include the answers to many of the questions that were raised during the call.

A reminder to subscribers: Your homework is to finish E-Myth Revisited and to review the Dream, Vision, Purpose, and Mission that were developed during previous sessions.

The Dream: Moshiach Now!

The Vision: To create the "McDonalds" of Chabad outreach through the development of 300,000 Turnkey Chabad Houses throughout the world.

The Purpose: To awaken the spark, fan the flame, and create an inferno of yidishkeit in every Jew worldwide.

The Mission: To Turnkey the Chabad House Operating System to increase its efficiency and effectiveness so as to transform the results it produces 10,000 fold within the next 10 years.

Our next subscriber teleconference is on Thursday, April 23 at 12:30 p.m. PDT

Dear Shluchim,

It is with great pleasure that I introduce to you the Program Director for Chabad E-Myth, Cheryl White. Although I have known Cheryl for just a few weeks, many of our San Diego County rabbis have known her much longer. Cheryl is an outstanding administrator and educator, who has worked in Jewish community for more than a decade.

Cheryl and I will be working closely together to build the Chabad E-Myth system. As we begin this amazing journey together, known as Chabad E-Myth, I am positive that Cheryl's dedication to our purpose and to the E-Myth philosophy, will be both evident and fruitful to you. I know that you will all welcome her, lend your support, and share your ideas with her each step of the way.

We are fortunate to have found someone who not only possesses the skill set to develop the program, but who shares with us the love of Chabad and all it stands for.

B' Shalom,

Michoel Gerber
